We send all products within 1-5 days after your order.

<Usual delivery time>
Japan 3 - 7 working days
Europe 7 - 14 working days
Rest of the world 10 - 20 working day

Important: During this COVID-19 pandemic we are working as per usual. However, please note that there might be temporary adjustments in delivery time due to higher levels of security. So additional 5-10 working days may be added to total delivery time.
We also want to ensure that we are taking necessary measures to avoid any threats to our team members’ health. Also, all the parcels are handed to couriers ensuring safe distance and no physical contact.

返品について

・暮らしの道具類は、ひとつずつ手作業でお作りしています。
・毛糸は販売前に検品しておりますが、海外の小規模工場で生産を行っており、以下のような点が見られる場合があります。
　汚れ / 結び目 / ヨレの甘い部分 / 干し草などの混入
　そのため、上記理由での返品は受け付けておりません（使用が著しく困難な場合を除く）。
・商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、返品はいたしかねます。
　欠陥がある場合、必ず商品到着後３日以内にご連絡ください。

＜Return Policy＞
All products are made by 100% handmade.
We can not accept refunding your payment if the product(s) that you order is(are): contains little stain or dirt by the original materials / dried grass mixed up with the yarn(s) or the product(s).
If the product is defected or damaged, please contact us immediately, within 3 working days.
